A Dance About Wellness and Truth

KERNEL is a choreographic inquiry into the "authoring of truth" within the modern health and wellness industry. What is at stake for those who dictate our realities? What are the consequences for those who follow these arbiters? The work examines how wellness myths fracture community, looking critically at everything from online influencer culture and extreme diets to vaccine skepticism. Ultimately, this project asks how we might find consensus as an urgent means of repair.
