Join Graham Shelor Dance for an in-studio showing and discussion of their latest work (DE)GENERATE. Travel in time to a robotic future where dancers grapple with the consequences of AI’s use in the creative process and the power their human embodiment has to counter such problems. This work will be followed by a facilitated discussion led by artistic director Graham Shelor. This discussion will be a time for participants to engage as a community to discuss the work, provide feedback, and spark dialogue around larger themes in the piece.
